"My family and I moved into the Pointe on December 1, 2024. We cannot be more pleased with the apartment complex. Our 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious and has an open floor plan which we love. Michael has been so pleasant and accommodating to us. The appliances are state-of-the -art. The in-unit laundry is very convenient. The master bedroom with a Jack and Jill sink, walk in shower and closet is gorgeous! We love the private balcony. The kitchen area is spacious as well, with a long counter to place bar stools and plenty of cabinets and drawers. The elevator makes it convenient to get to the upper floors. There is a beautiful gym with plenty of exercise equipment on the first floor. The mailboxes are also located on the first floor as well. The building is very secure with a code to access it. We can’t say enough about the complex. We are thrilled to call the Pointe our home."

"I am so impressed by The Pointe. I am so happy that I took the leap of faith and relocated here from a nearby property. The Pointe puts some of the newer structures in Williamsville to shame! Bliss has used quality building materials and the building structure feels very solid.. Our kitchen is beautiful, we even have a lazy susan and a tile backsplash. These are "minor" details you won't find in other local rental units. The high ceilings are beautiful and the property has an abundance of natural light, even during the winter months. The Pointe is also located near every convenience imaginable; large stores, restaurants, near the airport. The property is well maintained. Management has also prioritized snow removal and landscaping. Maintenance has been responsive and helpful. Staff is welcoming, responsive and warm. We are excited to live in this new community and look forward to continuing to establish our roots here!"
