PREMIUM MORTGAGE

This project, located on Transit Road, was a complete renovation of an outdated bank into a luxurious Premium Mortgage Office. This office building consists of two floors of lending offices, kitchens, state-of-the-art conference rooms, an education center for training purposes, and a 3,000-square-foot outdoor pergola. This facility has an ultra- modern interior and extremely unique exterior that lights up at night. Premium Mortgage was named best new office in the 2019 Brick by Brick Awards, by Buffalo Business First.
